This is an online only auction supporting the Trinity Catholic School Festival of Friends in Protivin, Iowa. Bidding will open on 11/13/20 at 6pm CST and will begin closing on 11/20/20 at 7pm CST. All bids from this auction will benefit the Trinity Catholic School in Provitvin, Iowa.

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO BID. Once you bid, you will be bound legally by the following terms and rules that are stated here.
* ALL items are offered "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the consignor or Burke Auction Service, LLC, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
* Burke Auction Company gives no warranties or guarantees as to any descriptions made on any item at any time. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the consignor or Burke Auction Service. Lighting, surroundings, and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo.
* ALL bidders are strongly recommended/Encouraged to complete their own personal inspection of the item(s) before placing a bid. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine the item and determine worth, condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor before they bid. Absolutely no returns, Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.

* No items may be removed until settled for in the manner announced. All items must be removed within the time announced in terms of sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Any Items not removed at the allotted time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by Burke Auction, will be considered forfeited merchandise and will become the possession and property of Burke Auction.
* Bidder further agrees not to transact any business on auction premises other than with Auction Company.

* Online bidding is a provided service and bidders understand and acknowledge that this service may not function properly. The auction company reserves the right to pause, postpone, or cancel the auction if complications or circumstances out of our control occur.

All proceeds from this auction will benefit The Trinity Catholic School Festival of Friends. We appreciate all the support that we have received through donated items and hope that the support is continued with generous bidding.

Place your online bids NOW through 11/20/20! Lot #1 will begin to "SOFT CLOSE" at 7pm on 11/20/20 with each lot then closing every 45 seconds.
**ON-LINE Auction means this is a timed, Online-only Auction; the highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. This auction also has a "SOFT CLOSE", this means that Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional 1 minutes. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more.
1 Kindergarten Project Photograph This project includes a framed canvas of the kindergarten class holding their project. 2 Kindergarten Project This project includes 3 signs handwritten by the kindergarten class.
