Lycoming County Liquor License (R # 18519 – currently in safe keeping) shall be offered separately or in combination with the real estate. Any other payment arrangements shall be approved in advance by Auctioneer. Real estate settlement shall be within 45 days of auction, and is not contingent upon approval of liquor license transfer.
