Terms & Conditions to bid with DP Auction Services. These terms and conditions are legally binding and may be amended up until the time of the auction closing. REGISTRATION All bidders will need to register with correct and complete information. DP Auction Services is not responsible for any issues arising from the bidder not providing correct or complete information. Bidder is not required to provide a credit card to bid unless stated so for a special auction. BIDDING All bids placed by the Bidder are binding and cannot be withdrawn once sold for any reason. Bidder is responsible to ensure that the bid being placed is accurate. If Bidder makes an error placing his or her bid, the bidder is responsible to contact DP Auction Services as soon as possible. The action will be to reduce the Bidder's bid to the current high bid. This auction will be a soft close auction. Pending Bids are bids that are placed that are not immediately put into effect. Bids over $1,000 are pending DP Auction Services will approve the bid after making contact with the Bidder. Bidders with negative Hibid scores will also have bids that are pending. The auction company may approve or deny the Bidder at thier discretion. A 10% Buyers premium will be added to all purchases. INSPECTION DP Auction Services will provide a minimum of one inspection period per auction event. If the Bidder chooses to inspect items it is the bidders responsibility to attend the announced inspection times. DP Auction Services will make statements of known defects. However, we may not be aware of all defects, and cannot be held liable for unknown defects. Bidder is responsible to form own opinions of value, condition, or other factors that will affect his or her bid. DP Auction Services will provide a basic description to aid Bidder, but this description shall not be binding in any way. DP Auction Services will provide notices, to be posted on the Catalog Pages, with specific auction terms & conditions. These notices will be considered part of these terms & conditions and are legally binding. Bidder is responsible to read auction notices. CLOSE OF AUCTION & INVOICING ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND SOLD WHERE IS AS IS. Refunds will only be issued in cases where DP Auction Services or Seller cannot provide clear ownership documents, such as title or other applicable documents. In these cases, the only liability is the bid, buyer's premium, and any sales tax collected at the time of sale. Auctioneer will not be liable for any costs accrued after purchase. All invoices will need to be paid within 2 business days. DP Auction Services accepts cash, check, and credit or debit cards as a form of payment. We reserve the right to require certified funds payments in certain instances which include but are not limited to previous check return or specific items or auctions. Certified Funds include cash, credit or debit cards, and cashier's checks. If invoices are not paid within the allowed time frame, we may permanently decline Bidder from bidding with DP Auction Services in the future. If a Bidder wishes to reinstate his or her bidding ability, Bidder will pay DP Auction Services lost commission on the unpaid invoice, including buyer's premium and seller's commission, plus $25 fee. This fee will be paid by Bidder prior to reinstatement. If a Bidder allows a second invoice to go unpaid for more than 5 business days, the Bidder's account will not be reinstated. SHIPPING Bidder is responsible to contact DP Auction Services and request shipping. Ideally, this will be done prior to auction closing, but can be done post-auction by replying to invoice email. Bidder will pay all shipping costs, including any additional insurance requested by Bidder. Shipping costs will be added to invoice, and Bidder will pay entire invoice prior to shipping. DP Auction Services will package purchases to the best of our ability. However, we will not be responsible in case of shipping damage for any reason.
