Also, the absence of a condition report does not does not imply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final - no refunds or returns. B & H Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion. Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes. Ownership is transferred once auctioneer calls it sold. B & H Auction holds no liability for any item after is has been called as sold, and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibily of the buyer, and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy. 18% Buyer's Premium charged to all online bidders. All online, absentee and phone purchases must be paid for upon receipt of invoice. A valid credit card must be made available to secure all online bidding and may be used for payment of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, approved certified funds, wire transfer, or approved check with a valid US billing address. Invoices containing jewelry, coins or silver will require payment by cash, wire transfer, or approved certified funds if you have not established a prior bidding history with our company. B & H Auction reserves the right to hold items paid for by check until the check has cleared. Wire transfer fees will be incurred by the buyer. B & H Auction may, at their discretion, require certain lots to be paid for by wire transfer only. We accept USD (U S Dollars), VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. All sales subject to Virginia sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us. All items must be picked up at our auction gallery within ten (10) days from date of auction. Items not removed within fourteen days will be assessed a $7.00 per item/per day storage fee. Storage fee must be paid for in full prior to pick up. Any items left after thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of B & H Auction with no refunds given. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up. **** NEW PICK UP TERMS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! **** We are committed to keep our customers & employees safe during this COVID 19 environment. With that in mind, all pick ups must be scheduled ahead of time - no exceptions. Call 434-836-4636 to make your appointment as our office is now closed to the public and we can then go over protocol for pick up. During this time we will not provide labor for loading so please bring your own help. WE DO NOT PACK & SHIP. If you require shipping we can take your items to Ship A Lot and they will handle it from there. Feel free to contact them directly at 434-793-1924. They are the ONLY place in town that will pack items to ship and they do charge accordingly. We have zero control over packing, shipping, insurance and handling costs. The nature of some items can cause the shipping price to be expensive. Shipment and pick up is done at the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, handling, shipping and delivery services are performed at the sole risk of the buyer.
