Auction is expected to have 60+ delinquent storage units (contents). Registration starts @ 8:30 AM, Live Auction starts @ 10:00 AM. Don't be late!! Masks & social distancing required. CASH ONLY!! NO BUYERS PREMIUM!! No deposit required. Invoices must be settled up immediately after the auction. All items must be removed & units cleared out within 24 hours. All sales are "AS-IS" "WHERE-IS", no refunds. Bidders are not allowed to walk inside the unit to inspect, however staff will open the door of the unit for you to look inside.
