STONECOLD AUCTIONS WILL CONDUCT A STORAGE BIN AUCTION FOR THE CONTENTS OF STORAGE BINS LOCATED AT THE LOCATIONS LISTED ABOVE. THIS IS TO RECOVER THE PAST DUE FEES FOR STORAGE. THE UNITS WILL BE SOLD AS A WHOLE AND NOT BROKEN UP. THE UNIT WILL BE OPENED AND YOU WILL HAVE APPROX 5 MIN TO LOOK OVER THE CONTENTS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER IN TO THE UNIT. AFTER 5 MINUTES THE UNIT WILL BE AUCTIONED OFF TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. THE HIGHEST BIDDER WILL HAVE 24/48 HOURS TO CLEAN OUT THE UNIT AND EVERYTHING MUST BE GONE AND THE UNIT BROOM SWEEP CLEAN. HIGH BIDDER CANNOT USE THE DUMPSTERS ON PREMISES FOR REMOVABLE. ALL STORAGE MUST BE TAKEN OFF PREMISES. Number of units will change as some units get paid up ! All have up to auction time to pay up.
