Items not picked up during that time will be considered forfeited or abandoned and will be donated, sold, or disposed of without refund. We appreciate your business, however we want you to come and get your items as space is limited. * No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full. * It is the bidders responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items. * Cash is accepted on day of pick up but prior arrangements must be made, checks are accepted but must clear our bank before items are to leave our warehouse. If you plan on paying cash you MUST pick up items during designated pick up dates and times. If items are not picked up during the designated pick up days, your settlement will be void and items will be resold. Bidding privileges will be suspended. You will regain bidding privileges only if you agree to pay with credit card on file with HIBID and applicable fees associated with using a credit card. * We offer shipping through a third party company called Pak Mail. We also can ship UPS, and FEDEX Ground. We do not dictate what these companies charge us to ship. If you feel shipping charges are not in line, you are more than welcome to purchase a shipping label from UPS yourself and we will put the label on your shipment. We are not in the shipping business, we are in the auction business and offer shipping as a service. * All of our auctions have a soft close. * Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. * While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied.
