Only view equipment and items during the open house. Do not inspect equipment at your leisure.

If a person wants their credit card charged that is on the account email us right after the auction on Thursday Oct 22nd. Credit cards absolutely cannot be used on-site at auction pick up. There is absolutely no Wi-Fi for our credit card machine.
10% internet buyer fee on all items Except the 3 tractors. The fee on them is listed in their description.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM Thursday Oct 22nd. An item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 15 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.
Loading: We will have out skid steer on-site to load both days. If a piece of equipment it to large for the skid steer the buyer is on their own to load.
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Friday Oct 23rd 11am - 3pm and Saturday 9:30am to 1:30pm. If a person cannot pick up the item do not bid. Schmid Auction or seller is not responsible for any accidents of injuries while loading. We will not be able to charge credit cards on-site at the auction pick up.
