For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping. If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $3 packaging fee for the first item and a $1.50 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason). If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.

Virgene, 78, passed away unexpectedly. Robert has moved from his beautiful home and the family is preparing the real estate for sale. We have been commissioned to offer the fine personal property. Virgene, described as the "quilt queen" of her area, was an amazing artist. She has a large amount of well organized materials that we will be offering, along with well cared for household items (in part #1). There is a 1980 Jeep CJ7 with only 38k miles! There is also a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country minivan with 78k miles. There is an amazing collection of coins including a dozen Gold Double Eagles (St. Gaudens and Liberty), about 150 silver dollars, and more silver. (in Part #2) There are power tools, sporting goods, and more (in both sections). This is a great auction with an array of newer, older, to antique. Don't miss it! Bring boxes and packing materials if you think you will need them. Bring help to haul. We will not have enough staff to help move furniture. Large lots and shelf lots do not come with a box. We will only ship lots that state "Shipping Available" in the catalog. For our northern Wisconsin bidders, we may be able to take some small items back for a small fee. You will need to make arrangements before Friday, September 25th. We are not in the office Saturday or Sunday. This location is 2 1/2 hours from our store in Phillips. It is a beautiful location and it may be worth the trip down, though! We can not quote shipping charges until we know the exact weight and size of the box needed to ship. Post Office Shipping charges have increased.
