o State/Government issued Photo ID is required upon registration at all auctions. Any purchases made during the auction must be made by the registered bidder
o 8.25% Sales tax will be collected.
o Full payment must be made by end of business auction day by MasterCard, or Visa or American Express or Discover.
o All items are sold as is, where is, with no representation or warranty expressed or implied. Buyers should rely solely on their inspection of the merchandise and bid accordingly. All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
o Pool table can be removed on Friday July 22 between 5pm - 7pm or Saturday July 23 12pm-4pm or Monday July 25 10am - 4pm. Pool table must be removed by 4pm, Monday July 25. Buyer is responsible for the cost of removing pool table.
o Buyer is responsible for the lot purchased and neither the seller nor the auctioneer is responsible for loss, damages, or theft after the item is declared sold.
