High bidders must call our office on Wednesday to to schedule their check out time on Thursday or Friday (a few morning appointments available Saturday). Payment and title documents will be completed at the check out. FEES on Titled Vehicles and Trailers: $150 buyer's premium, Sales Tax 9.3% and title fees will be charged during your appointment with Stokes Auction to complete the title documents. Document fees start at $134.25 and go up depending on scale weight and your physical address.

  1. Register to bid on Apro.bid, if you have not already. We recommend you register via this auction link so you become our customer. Follow the link then:
    On a computer, at the upper right, click on "Register"
    On a phone, left side use the drop down menu.
    Fill out form, click register and watch for a confirmation email. Click on the link to confirm.

For Stokes Auction customers, do not add your credit card information. If you are high bidder, you will call us directly after the auction.

2. We require a separate Vehicle Bidder Registration form to be filled out and returned to us. Follow the link for the form.

You only need to complete and send this to us one time.

3.When you wish to bid, on the auto auction page (when it is available) click on the “Get Approved to Bid” button, just like requesting a bidders number at a live auction. It is not instant; you do not need to keep clicking the button. I must verify that you are on the Approved List and approve your access. Make sure you are set up far in advance of the auction end day and time.

FEES added to your bid will be 9.3% sales tax, State title fees will be a minimum of $134.25 and go up from there, a $150 buyer's premium.
