As per Alabama sales tax code all purchases will be taxed at 10% for this sale. If you have a tax exemption certificate please bring a copy so that we will have it on file. If you do not have a current exemption certificate on file you will be charged tax.
We have a 13% buyer’s premium reduced to 10% if paying by cash or check.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.
Please remember that all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
Due to liability issues we DO NOT LOAD, please bring helpers if you need them.

We always look forward to our first Saturday sale of the month! Auction at the Annex, 67 Middle School Road in beautiful Wedowee, AL. New merchandise sold to the highest bidder. New Milwaukee tool cart; New stackable rolling Husky tool box; many new metal shelving units; grills; new Ryobi wet/dry vac, blower; electric edger and chainsaws; new king and queen bed frames; new sofas; new dining tables and chairs; new patio fireplaces; new metal home decor, planters and signs. If you are doing a home or patio renovation this is the place to get hugely discounted patio pavers/block and beautiful flooring. We will be open for preview Friday, September 4th from 10 am to 3 pm and Saturday, September 5th from 10 am until we begin the auction at 4 pm.
