Rescheduled!!!!!!!!!! Homestead Self Storage These auctions are cash only with $100 damage deposit due per unit. Unit must be cleaned out by end of day Monday ready to re-rent to get your deposit back. Pictures will be coming soon! We are continuing the Stay Safe Procedure!!!!!!!!! Please Do Not Go into Offices stay outside of storage facilities for Registration. We are asking that anyone attending our auctions to please wear a face mask in consideration of others. Please maintain the 6-10 ft social distancing. We will be giving a little more time for everyone to look at the units. We are also allowing children to attend the auctions. They are going to be asked to wear a mask.
