Listing Information

Multi-estate auction with lots of variety. It's going to be a hot one! We will be selling outside, in front of the building, under tents, so that you can enjoy the nice evening weather! You can bring your own lawn chair or use one of our folding chairs.

DIRECTIONS

FROM LIGONIER (or ROUTE 30): Take Route 711 North - be sure to drive AT LEAST 10 MILES NORTH OF LIGONIER, going past Champion Lakes Golf Course (on left), The Real McCoy's (on right), Penna. State Game Commission (on right) & Sower's Tire (on left). Turn left after reaching the very top of Fairfield Hill.

FROM NEW FLORENCE (or ROUTE 56):Take Route 711 South - be sure to drive at least 3.5 miles south of New Florence from intersection (by Uni-Mart), going past Laurel Valley Elementary (on right), Mirror Lake (on right) & Fairfield Fire Hall (on left). Take second right over crest of Fairfield Hill. Note: Google map shows our auction barn on the wrong side of the highway! It directs you to the right place, but we are on the opposite side of the road.

COINS: Coins will be sold beginning at 3:00. All coins are Indian Head Pennies,1872 - 1909 (not all dates are there) with the exception of a partial book of Kennedy Half Dollars.

ANTIQUES/COLLECTIBLES:LOTS of Vintage Jewelry (we even saved all the broken pieces for you jewelry makers because there are some nice, old pieces there) - Large Sea Shell Collection - Vintage Glasses - Hat Pin - Navy Dog Tags - Military Pins - Jim Beam Bottles - Vintage Avon Bottles - County Décor - Vintage Clocks (some run, some need repaired, some are battery) - Modern Grandfather Clock (runs on battery) - Vintage Hankies - Vintage Beaded Purses/Handbags - Mink Stole and Mink Hand Muff (with heads) - Vintage Cigarette Lighters - Mickey Mouse and Disney Collectible Watches (none were tested to see if they work)- Crock Jug - Cherry Seeder - and more

FURNITURE/APPLIANCES: Singer Sewing Machine (looks new) - French Provincial and Modern/Wooden Desk (both are small size) - Very Nice Kitchen Hutch - Bedroom Furniture - Kitchen Table & Chairs (one is glass top style, one is wooden style) - Large Flat Screen TV - Small Flat Screen TV - Baker's Rack - Blonde Veneer Lane Cedar Chest no key) - Some Small Appliances (Air Conditioners, one is 10,000 BTU) - Marble Top Chest of Drawers (possibly part of an old wash stand, marble is cracked but nests together...could be glued) - Vintage Porcelain Top Table with Floral Design - Rocking Chairs - Antique Hutch Top (already sanded down and ready for refinishing)- Nice Vintage Table/Desk - Metal Patio Set - Roaster - Power Lift Chair (this is a chair/recliner only, not a rocker)- Pronto Electric Wheelchair (works great!
