There is no warranty or gaurentee. Kliewer's Auction Service will attempt to describe the merchandise in all advertising, but makes no representation. All odometer or hour meter readings reflect readings as of date of inspection and are not guaranteed. In no event shall Kliewer Auction Service LLc be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchandis or fitness for a particular purpose. All items must be picked up within ten days of purchase. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Kliewer's Auction Service LLC Reserves the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion. Any items not picked up within three weeks of sold date will become property of the auction company with no refunds. Payment types accepted are wire transfer or credit card. All credit card transactions will have an additional 4% surchage applied to the invoice price.
