Cash Buyers must email service@bclauction.com by 6 AM the morning following the close of the auction notifying her that they will be in by Noon to pay by Cash. These Buyers will be charged a 15% Buyer’s Premium. CASH PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AT 5622 NATURAL BRIDGE AVE. BEFORE NOON ON THE FIRST DAY OF PICKUP. ALL CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO PICKING UP AT THE AUCTION SITE. Sales tax will be collected. If your purchase qualifies for resale, you must email your Resale Number and a copy of your Resale Certificate to service@bclauction.com *Declined Credit Card & Late Pay Penalty: If Cash is not received by Noon, the Credit Card on File will be processed and the 18% Buyer’s Premium will be charged. If the credit card on file is declined, a $25.00 Late Fee will incur. If payment has still not been secured by 4 PM on Day 1 of Item Removal, a $50.00 Late Fee will incur.
