Harrisonburg Area Downsizing/Moving Auction Having sold their home and moved, we will be selling at online auction the remaining contents of the home at 2989 Mt. Clinton Pike, Harrisonburg VA 22802. All of these items come from a clean smoke free and pet free home and include fine furniture, art, rugs, a piano, and more.much more. Preview and Pickup Information: This is an online only auction which will begin to close on July 28 at 7:00 PM and will close at the rate of 2 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute. Preview for this auction will be Tuesday July 28 from 4-5 PM at 2989 Mt. Clinton Pike, Harrisonburg VA 22802. Pickup is at the same location on Thursday July 30 from 2-6 PM. Pickup will be a scheduled pickup with appointments through Sign Up Genius. Shipping is not available for items in this auction unless arrangements are made with the auctioneer prior to the end of the auction. Please bring help to assist you in loading your purchases. Some Items Are Heavy and Bulky. Terms of the Sale: Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (3% discount for cash or check) will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged.
