While we take care to describe and/or photo an item condition, any condition statement is given as a courtesy and is only an opinion and should not be treated as statement or fact; Making NO EXPRESS or IMPLIED WARRANTIES or GUARANTEES. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or is completely free from wear & tear, imperfections or effects of aging. 7. Extended Bidding: Any bid that is placed in the last few moments of the auction will extend the auction by up to two minutes. This will continue to extend the end time as long as bids are being placed on that item. This is the fairest way for buyers and sellers. 8. Buyer's Premium is 18% with a 3% Discount for Cash.
