Online Only Auction Terms & Conditions -Proper and complete online registration is required to bid. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions and any other announced Terms & Conditions of auction or rules of this site. -ALL ITEMS "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" ALL SALES ARE FINAL... THERE ARE NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, BUYBACKS OR REFUNDS. ****BIDDER WAVES THEIR RIGHT TO A CHARGE BACK AND AGREES THAT THEY WILL NOT CHARGE BACK ON ANY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PURCHASES**** -All items must be paid in full-on Pick-Up Day. No payment or pickup -Obie's Auction House may suspend your online bidding privileges -indefinitely. -Payment methods CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, & DISCOVER... At pick up if paying by credit or debit card 3.5% convenience fee will be charged. If paying by credit or debit card- Card and driver's license must match. -It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read description and Obie's Auction House recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. Obie's Auction House shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out. -All persons attending the exhibition, auction, sale, or removal of merchandise assume all risk of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Obie's Auction House, Jackie O's Antiques, Officers, Sellers, Employees, Agents, Assigns from any liability. -Obie's Auction House may add or withdraw any item before or during the auction. -Obie's Auction House may refuse a buyer's number to anyone for any reason. Bidder agrees to provide any information and identification requested including but not limited to photocopies of driver's license and credit cards. -All items must be removed during the defined dates and times of auction pick up. Failure to pick up and pay for items in time allotted causes the items purchased be deemed abandoned and the buyer will lose any rights, title, or interest of items. -During the Auction you can check the status of your bid any time. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. -Bidding is similar to eBay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to outbid bidders at prescribed increments. If two people place same bid amount the first bid in wins that amount. -Auction Closing: Soft Closing Auction: The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM CST and an item will close every 5 minutes after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. -The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserved the right to make changes to the auction closing times. -Due to Auction being online. Server & Software Technical Issues can happen: If for any reason the system goes down technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction related technologies, Obie's Auction House reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Obie's Auction House shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.

Four Storage Units at Jackie O's Antiques will be auctioned online only. They are set to soft close at 7pm Thursday, July 9th. If you wish to view- you may look from the door Thursday 2pm -4pm. Winning bidders will need to pay for their unit(s) on Friday, July 10th noon-4pm at Jackie O's Antiques or call 636-377-4037 to make payment over phone. (Card payments incur a 3.5% convenience fee) Each unit needs to be emptied by Sunday, July 12th at 7pm. OUR DUMPSTER AND BURN PILE IS OFF LIMITS FOR YOUR CLEAN OUT- EVERYTHING MUST LEAVE OUR PREMISES! There will be a 20% refundable deposit (shown as buyer's premium on invoice) paid with each unit. This deposit (buyer's premium) will be returned to you on Monday, July 13th 10am-4pm IF and ONLY IF the unit is COMPLETELY cleaned out AND you did NOT use our dumpster or burn pile. Anything left after Sunday 7pm will become our property and you will forgeit your deposit In other words- if you leave ANYTHING in the unit OR put ANYTHING in our dumpster- you will forfeit all that is left AND your 20% deposit.
