Online Auction Terms and Conditions: This is an ONLINE BIDDING ONLY AUCTION. LOCAL BIDDERS - PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS during the scheduled removal times. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE. OUT OF STATE BIDDERS - NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE FROM THIS AUCTION. All customers can call before an auction ends for additional information on an item of interest, or to receive a shipping quote! Call Heather at 248.636.8369 or the Office at 248.542.4800 LATE FEES: Any items not picked up on the scheduled pick up days will be charged a Late Fee. Invoices $24.99 or less will be charged an additional $5.00 Late Fee. Invoices ranging from $25.00 to $99.99 will be charged an additional $15.00 Late Fee. Invoices of $100.00 or more will be charged an additional 25% of the TOTAL BALANCE, PLUS an additional $15.00 PER DAY Storage Fee. NO EXCEPTIONS MADE TO ANY CUSTOMER! No refunds or charge-backs will be granted due to a lack of removal on the designated pick up days. Two weeks after the scheduled removal, any items not removed by customers will be considered abandoned and discarded or sold by MiRLA. Customers will not receive a refund for any item discarded or sold. Customers who abandon their purchases will be charged a $25 restocking fee per invoice and bidding will be deactivated. All fees must be paid in full before the customers bidding is re-activated. MiRLA reserves the right to adjust/change/increase the Late Fees on any invoice. Once the scheduled pick up days have passed, customers will be notified by email of any fees and/or changes that are being charged to their account. BUYERS PREMIUM: There is an 18% buyer's premium for all of our auctions. The buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, at check out you will be charged $118.00 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. We are not accepting cash at this time. PAYMENT: Invoices are sent out immediately after the auction closes. Buyers are given two specified pick up days to come in and pay for items. Credit Cards will be charged automatically after the closing of the last pick up day for ANY invoices not paid for. Credit Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard or Discover. American Express cards will be accepted with an additional 5% fee of the total purchase. PRE-AUTHORIZATION: A $1.00 pre-authorization amount will be applied to your credit card for each auction you bid in. This charge is pending-only. This $1.00 charge is meant to verify your credit card on file and will drop off once the auction has ended. It will not post permanently to your account. If you feel this charge was mistakenly posted to your account, you must provide a bank statement showing that the charge was POSTED (not pending) to your account. You must have the available balance on your credit card for the total amount of your online purchases. Increasing your own bid/Bidding Errors: Please be aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item out of reach of other bidders. You should immediately review your bids once submitted. If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your bidder number in the bid field, or make a typo you must immediately contact our office by email. Staggered Ending: The online auction closes 3 items per minute. This feature will close the bidding on intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a 'live' auction. Dynamic Closing: The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the asset's closing time. Bid Notification: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction. ***Starting at midnight EST the night before the ending of the auction notices are not sent.
