In conjunction with the late Mrs. Randall's entire estate, her doll collection will also be sold in a seprate auction on FRIDAY, August 15th, 2008 at 12 Noon.

Throughout Mrs. Randall's lifetime, she took pride and accumulated approximately 400 beautiful signature dolls and kept each one in immaculate condition.

A handful of early 1960's Barbie Dolls including a 1964 'Ken' Mattel doll will be sold along with the 4th Barbie Doll ever made!

Several Handcrafted and Customized Dolls which we consider nothing less than a work of art!

Each doll will be sold via ABSOLUTE AUCTION which means all dolls will be sold REGARDLESS OF PRICE!

This is your opportunity to secure some genuine finds in the doll department.   In addition, lots of doll making supplies, a Duncan EA 820 Pottery Kiln loads of fabrics and wool, collectible books and much, much more!

Be sure to arrive early and participate in the general estate auction which begins at 10:00 a.m. sharp.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

9:00 a.m. - Auction Preview (Dolls and general estate goods)

10:00 a.m. - Estate Auction Begins

12:00 Noon - Doll Auction Begins in a separate ring while personal property auction continues

2:00 p.m. - Real Estate Auction

*We accept all major credit cards, personal & business checks, Cash. Items must be paid for the day of the sale. Items must be removed from Premises within 48 hours at your own risk.

* Multiple Auction rings at this event. Bring a friend or spouse.

* This is an OUTDOOR AUCTION with no seating. Please wear appropriate clothing.

* Food and Restrooms will be on premisis.

* Drivers license or appropriate photo identification is required for registration. No out-of-state checks accepted.

* Auctioneer or property owners are NOT responsible for accidents that result in personal injury or theft.

* Announcements day of auction take precedence over printed matter.

*10% Buyer's Premium  will apply to all doll purchases. No out-of-state checks.

* Everything sold is "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. All sales are positively final.

* Remember to bring lots of appropriate packaging supplies!
