This auction has been converted to an ONLINE ONLY auction. NO onsite bidding is allowed due to Covid19. This is a timed auction, as soon as the catalog is uploaded to Proxibid, pre-bidding will begin. We are working as quickly as we can to get the auction clerked so that we can upload to Proxibid; please be patient, we hope to have most of it uploaded by late evening May 5th. Lots start Closing at 10AM on Thursday, May 14th. Surplus from The City of Slidell, STP Hospital, STP School Board, STP Assessor, STP Coroner, St. Tammany Fire District 2, Various Bankruptcies & Others Inspection: Wed, May 13th from 9AM to 3PM - No more than 10 people will be allowed at a time. All persons entering must wear a face mask or face covering. Directions: From I-12 in Slidell, Exit #83 (Hwy 11) and go South approximately 1/2 mile and turn right on to Ben Thomas Rd., go over two sets of railroad tracks and the site is on the right. Removal: By appointment Only Monday-Friday 8AM to 3PM. Please Do Not Arrive unless you have an appointment or you may be turned away due to the restriction in place for Covid19. All items must be out before 4pm on 5/29/20. No removal on 5/25 due to Memorial Day Holiday. Any items not removed are considered abandoned, no refunds given.
