Remaining Assets of Primo Hoagies – Sandy Springs Primo Hoagies 6115 Peachtree Dunwoody Road Suite 125 Sandy Springs, GA 30328 SELLING ONLINE ONLY BID DEADLINE (Starts To Close): Thursday, April 23rd at 2:00 PM ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling all remaining assets of Primo Hoagies in Sandy Springs. Assets include Rational dual stack ovens, TurboChef convection oven, refrigerators, freezers, scales, tables, chairs, meat slicers and other related items. ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding is active now. INSPECTION: Thursday, April 23rd from 10 AM - 12 PM Per CDC and other government guidelines concerning COVID19, we have instituted new inspection procedures.
TERMS: All items must be paid in full with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at the location above from 7 AM to 11 AM on Saturday, April 25th ONLY. Payment must be received no later than 11 AM on April 25th. REMOVAL TIMES ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED. NO OTHER OPTION AVAILABLE REMOVAL: Saturday, April 25th from 7 AM – 11 AM Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense. ADDITIONAL TIME – There are NO OTHER TIMES available for pick up and removal. PLEASE NOTE - All televisions and monitors must be uninstalled from the wall. Please bring proper tools for doing so. Please plan to attend the inspection to make your own determination as to conditions, model numbers, sizes, etc. All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS. LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.
