ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling all remaining assets from a recently closed upscale restaurant. Items include, tables, chairs, stainless prep tables, refrigerators, ice makers, oven, cooktops, other appliances, serviceware, pots, pans, utensils, televisions and much more! ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on Friday, May 1st. INSPECTION: Monday, May 11th from 10 AM – 1 PM CST Per CDC and other government guidelines concerning COVID19, we have instituted new inspection procedures.
It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. TERMS: All items must be paid, in full, via cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at the auction site beginning at 8 AM CST on May 12th. Payment must be received no later than 3 PM CST on May 12th. REMOVAL: Tuesday, May 12th from 8 AM – 3 PM CST Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks, tools or assistance with packing or loading. ADDITIONAL TIME – There are no additional times available for payment and pickup of items. If you cannot meet the requirements for bidding, pickup or any other aspect of this auction, please do not bid. PLEASE NOTE – Some items may require disconnection prior to removal.
