Dawn Farm meets the needs of hundreds of young addicts and alcoholics each year - and we have never turned a person away for lack of funds. From our Detox unit to two residential programs, from our special program for pregnant addicts to our transitional housing and community outreaches-we reach out to more than 1800 people each year-because of help like yours. The September 7th 2008 Jamboree is our only public fundraiser-this year we are celebrating 35 years of caring for our most troubled neighbors. Dawn Farm's successful programs are supported by corporate sponsorship, contributions and gift items in both a live and silent auction. THE EVENT LOCATION: Dawn Farm's 74 acre site. 6633 Stoney Creek Rd. Ypsilanti, Michigan 1:00pm Silent Auction (to4:30pm) 2:30pm Founder's Award Ceremony honoring McKinley Group 2:45 Live Auction with Braun & Helmer Auction Service, Inc. Great live music all day - children's activities, hayrides, ponyrides, visit the farm animals, food and beverages - gift table- fun for all ages.
