The University of Michigan C.S.Mott Children's Hospital Golf Classic will be celebrating its 35th anniversary on Monday, June 2nd. The Classic is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the overall health care experience of the patients and their families at Mott Hospital. Held the first Monday in June, the Classic offers participants the opportunity to play a round of scramble-format golf on one of two championship courses - the beautiful University of Michigan Radrick Farms Golf Course or Ann Arbor's Barton Hills Country Club - followed by dinner, silent and live auctions (compliments of Braun & Helmer Auctioneers), and an awards presentation that evening at the Barton Hills Country Club, starting at 5:00 PM. 730 Country Club Rd., Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Mott Golf Classic has become one of Michigan's premiere charitable golf outings. In 2007, the Classic, with the generous support of its sponsors, raised $450,000 to fund the Mott Family Network (www.med.umich.edu/mott-family-net/volunteer-news/) supplemental programs, care giver support initiatives at Mott as well as the Ronald McDonald House of the Huron Valley (www.rmh-annarbor.org).
