PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.You must be 18 years of age or older to register
2. You must register to bid.
3.By registering to bid buyer is agreeing to abide by all the terms and conditions of online auction
4. You must submit your credit card information to be able to bid. your card will not be charged until pickup
5. 13% buyer's premium will apply to all purchases
5a. NC sales tax will be added per NC dept of revenue Feb 1 ,2020 law
6. All items sold as is, where is, no warranties implied or otherwise. All sales are final, no refunds.
7. There are no previews scheduled for this auction. Previews are encouraged. All previews will be by appointment only for this auction.
9. After auction, items must be picked up from 10 am until 2 pm -THURSDAY < March 26,2020 and 10AM until 2PM - SATURDAY March 28,2020
10. Items not picked up within the scheduled days and times for pick up and check out will be forfeited and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
11. Buyer is responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for all items.
12. Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions.
13. All descriptions are to the best of our knowledge and may or may not be completely correct. Auction company is not responsible for any statements .
