All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637).
Lots close at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots)
Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone.
Pick Up Terms: All items need to be picked up Friday & Saturday.
SPECIAL: For this auction we are offering local delivery for a fee. We will also be bringing items out to you at your car for you to load. No one can enter the warehouse due to virus regulations.
NEW MAILING RULES: Yes, we can mail some items and try to keep costs low. We are not set up for shipping larger items (nothing over 24") and will kill your bid if you want us to ship a larger item. If you need shipping, you MUST pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you special invoice with shipping charges (usually takes a couple days). There is a minimum $5 handling charge added to the postage cost. Complicated orders, needing additional work, special boxes etc may cost additional.

Two smaller estates, leftovers from Dr G's and items from consignors makes this a very well rounded auction. From mundane kitchen items to a bear rug, sports memorabilia and items we're still trying to figure what they are.

The auction is continuing since it is online. We made some changes for picking up your winnings to comply with regulations and for both your and our health & safety.
Options for picking up your winnings:
* Warehouse pickup will be at the door and we will bring your items out to you for you to load. No one will be allowed in the warehouse.
* We are offering LOCAL deliveries for a fee. How far we can travel and costs will vary upon distance, amount and local regulations due to this crisis time. One of our buyers, a soon to be new Dad, is out of a job and will be doing this to help his family during these troubled times.
* Mail is unchanged, but it may take us a few days to package it and send you the shipping charges. Please pay for the item as soon as you receive the invoice and the shipping invoice will follow in a few days.
* If nothing else works, we can hold onto some items until everything clears. 1 Antique Victor II Talking Machine Phonograph wHorn Very nice machine, was the consignor's Father's.
