If items are not picked up during allotted time, your credit card will be charged. Staggered & Soft Closing: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 pm CDT on . One lot will end every 15 seconds. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot. All items purchased must be picked up on Monday after the auction unless other arrangments are made before bidding. All items are sold with local pick up or shipping. Items can be picked up Monday 12 noon - 7 p.m. The credit card on file will be charged 48 hours after the auction end if items have not been picked up and paid for. If items are not picked up within 48 hours, the items are disposed of at the auctioneers discretion. If items need to be shipped, you will pay actual shipping costs plus a $10 handling fee. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction, extend bidding or cancel bidding in the case of system failures. We also reserve the right to add or remove items from the auction. Neither the company providing the software nor Tri-City Auction Center shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
