-This is not an absolute auction. Some items sell with reserve or minimum bids. Such items will not be considered sold until reserve bid is confirmed.
-Acceptance of a high bid is a legal and binding contract enforceable in a court of law.
-ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no warranties expressed, written or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for use, age or condition of any item in the auction. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect each item and bid accordingly. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THE CONDITION OF AN ITEM, DO NOT BID ON IT!
-PAYMENT- All online purchases must be settled for by the end of the day Monday after the auction. Payment may be made by cash, check, debit card, credit card or cashier's checks. Personal and company checks will be accepted however we will not release your items until your check clears. We will not exchange your check for cash on the next business day.
-There is a 12% Online buyer's premium added to every purchase. There is a 3% surcharge fee for credit card purchases.
-7% Sales Tax is collected on everything unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is on file UPON REGISTRATION.
-Items must be removed by Friday unless other arrangements are made or 9:00 to 4:00 Monday thru Friday.
All items left after 30 days are subject to sale at the next scheduled auction for storage fees. Garner and Associates Auctioneers will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left after the auction.
-Any legal disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Polk County.
-Bid rigging and collusion is a federal crime. It is a violation of the United States Sherman Anti-Trust act and will not be tolerated. Anyone found engaging in this activity will be subject to arrest and prosecution and bidding privileges will be permanently revoked.
Shipping will be provided on a per item basis. Shipping for individual knives will be $5.00 per knife. Shipping costs will be adjusted for purchases of multiple knives.
