**ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION'S CLOSE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF AS WE SE FIT, BUYER WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 10% OF INVOICE PRICE WITH A $5.00 MINIMUM. THIS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BUYER'S CARD ON FILE.

***********Bidding is similiar to ebay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to beat out the other bidders at a prescribed bid increments. If two people place same bid amount the first bid in wins that amount.

Tiplersville Auction,LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Tiplersville Auction, LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction.
Tiplersville Auction,LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface.
All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction.
Buyer's Premium 10% Buyer's premium will be charged per item. Payment Instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Debit Card, which must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction. Please contact the auction company with any other questions.

Auction is being held on location NOT AT OUR FACILITY physical address will be posted day of preview & will be in the email with you invoice. Due to this auction being on location there will only be ONE pick up day, no exceptions! If you can not pick up your items on this day they will be considered abandoned and you will forfiet your ownership of items, no exceptions.
You will pick up your items SATURDAY Feb 15th from 9-5. Bring help to load your winnings, thanks.
PLEASE BRING ANY HELP YOU WILL NEED TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE BRING ANY BOXES, WRAPPING, PACKING MATERIALS & TOOLS THAT YOU MAY NEED.
Winning bidders will be notified once we have received and acknowledged payment in full. We will process the card on file when the auction is complete. Invoices will be sent via email after the auction closes, this may take a couple hours.
