All items will be sold as-is, where-is. 15% buyers premium with a 5% discount for cash or checks. All items must be removed day of sale. Doors will open at 3:00 p.m. for preview and registration.
8% sales tax will be charged unless you have a copy of your Alabama Dept of Revenue issued tax exempt certificate.

We have a great sale two times a month where we take the contents of several small estates from around our area and combine them into one large auction. As well as estates we have a group of great consigners with awesome items for every one of our sales. We usually always try to have pictures posted for you to view at least one week prior to the sale. However, we add items all the way up until time for the sale.
