THIS AUCTION IS LOCATED OFFSITE due to parking issues and the threat of inclement weather @ The B.A. Sweetie Candy Co.-6770 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, Oh 44129 which is approx less than a 1/4 mile down the street from the granite inventory which is located @ 5400 Brookpark Rd. This auction will still be LIVE w/ Online bidding available and will be sold on a projector inside The b.a. Sweetie building conference room. We STRONGLY advise you to come to the preview date which is Thursday, Dec 12th from 10am-4pm at the inventory location of 5400 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland. All measurements are approximations. Some are missing corners or do not have perfectly straight cuts. We want you to see with your own eyes what your bidding on before we sell them offsite on Friday.
Buying as is, where is with no contingencies, warranties or returns of any kind. 10% buyers premium on cash/checks. (Add 4% for all credit cards, add 3% for all online purchases. Not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Not responsible for any accidents. Buyer takes full responsibility for all items purchsed. Buyers will have approx 3 days of following week for removal.
*Note*- We realize that in some instances, some slabs of granite “could” have a hidden hairline fracture in them somewhere. Should that be the case and the slab is deemed “unusable”, the buyer will be refunded the full amount in which they paid for that particular slab.
