Online auctions are open for bidding 24 hours a day, with the first lots closing at the posted auction end time with a staggered (soft close). If additional bids are placed, the bidding on that item will extend for a few minutes each time until the winning bid has been placed. Pick-up of items is at our auction house at 611 W 11th Street, Suite 4, in Bloomington, unless stated otherwise. We are happy to help you arrange shipping through Pak Mail of Bloomington (they will work with you directly for shipping payment). Please plan on bringing boxes and padding for small items, and help to load furniture or other heavy or bulky items. All items sold as is-where is. Payment for online auctions is by onfile credit card with a 3.5% user fee. Cash may be used. at pick-up. In-state checks are accepted with two forms of identification. Credit cards may be charged immediately with the balance due at the close of the auction unless you have notified us ahead of time that you wish to use cash. Items over $1000 must be paid in cash or with a certified check. There is a 10% Buyers Premium on all wining bids. Removal of items from the auction house is during the stated day and times for each sale. Any items not picked up withing 5 days of the auction close will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been approved by us in writing. This is an online bidding only auction format. All items are sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with all faults and descriptions believed to be accurate byt not guaranteed. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of condition. A 7% Indiana Sales Tax is added to all purchased (in and out of state) unless current tax exempt information has been provided.
