By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms & conditions of the auction - a bid is a binding contract.

Buyer will indemnify and hold Robert J. Loderbauer Auctioneer & Estates LLC, members, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand related to the auction or while on the seller's property while picking up sale items or dismantling/removing purchased items from said property.

Please bring your own packing boxes and materials and hauling help.

Cash or credit card (3% convenience fee for all card charges).  No buyer’s fee will be added to this auction, so no cash discount applies.

Any and all announcements on day of sale take precedence over all printed material.  Not responsible for any accidents or changes in listing.  All property is being sold “as is, where is” condition.  All measurements are approximate.

All tax exempt purchasers MUST fill out a Wisconsin tax form or have one on file for proof of tax exempt status. NO EXCEPTIONS.
