There is a 15% buyer's premium on all lots. All items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever. A preview and inspection time has been sent for Friday, December 6, 2019 from 1pm to 5pm and on the day of the auction from 9am to 12pm only. Bidders are encouraged to inspect all items before placing a bid. We must collect applicable state and local sales tax in accordance with Louisiana State Law. Payment is expected on the day of the auction. The credit card on file will be automatically charged immediately following the auction and a 3% surcharge will apply. For purchases over $2,000 we will attempt to reach out to the winning bidder to see if they would prefer to bring cash to The Lawler Auction Facility on the day of the auction or if they would like to send a bank wire. The auction will have a soft close, which will begin to close on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019 at 2:00p.m., beginning with Lot # 1, and then each subsequent lot will close approximately 10 seconds behind the other. In the event that a last minute bid, the system will automatically extend the bidding out for two minutes on that particular lot. Due to the fact that many items may be closing and if you are bidding on multiple lots, we encourage bidders to place their maximum bid and the system will automatically insert the bid in increments up to the maximum bid. Tie bids will go to the person who placed their bid first. There will only be two pickup days for this auction, which are Wednesday and Thursday (Dec. 11th and Dec. 12th) between the hours of 9am and 12pm, and 1pm and 5pm. Any items left after that time will be subject to a $9 per day storage fee. Any items left more than 15 days will be automatically re-consigned to the next auction and sold to collect the storage charges. Any remaining monies leftover will be sent to the winning Bidder.

We have been commissioned to liquidate restaurant equipment, furniture, and fixtures from the former Ruby Tuesday's locations in both Shreveport and Bossier. This equipment has been cleaned and has been delivered to the Lawler Auction Facility in Shreveport where we will auction it off via an online only internet auction that will begin to close on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. The pickup day for this auction will be Wednesday and Thursday (Dec. 11 and Dec. 12) only. There will be a $9 per day storage fee on each lot not picked up on those two days.
