There is a buyers premium of 10% to be added to the successfully placed bid upon sale of each lot, this is non-refundable.
We accept payment through Debit or Credit Cards and a 3% fee will be added to the final total if you choose this option.PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS FOR ANY AMOUNT OVER $2,000--if you win an item over this price point, you are required to pay with cash or wire transfer only. We also do wire transfer or cash for any winning bid with any total.
The highest bidder shall be the buyer and any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again.
All items will be invoiced and must be paid in full before or on the pick-up date.
All items must be removed from the locations within 1 week of the auction ending, unless special arramgements are made. Any items still remaining 10 days after the auction are forfieted by the buyer and become property of the auction house and no refunds are given.
