We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: No Shipping For This Auction! LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Saturday, November 9th 12:00 - 2:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. We have been working with the Margie Meader family and have put together the following auction for her estate. We cataloged all the contents of this home from the furniture, kitchen items, antiques, collectibles,household items to all the yard items. All is clean and well taken care of.....just under 600 lots!
