All online purchases must be settled for by the end of the day Monday after the auction. Payment may be made by cash, debit card, credit card. Personal and company checks will be accepted with a BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE.. -There is a 10% Onsite buyer's premium and there is a 13% Online buyer's premium added to every purchase. There is a 3% surcharge fee for credit card purchases. No surcharge for debit card purchases -7% Sales Tax is collected on everything unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is on file UPON REGISTRATION. Sales Tax is collected on all titled vehicles unless a current auto dealer's license is on file UPON REGISTRATION. -In case of a tie bid, regardless of the auctioneer saying "sold", the auctioneer will open up the bidding between the two bidders claiming the same bid. -Removal times are two hours after the auction today, and Monday thru Wednesday from 9:00 to 4:00. All items must be removed by Wednesday. -DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND. You must take everything in the lot that you purchase. -Titles will not be processed until the item is removed from the auction lot. -All items left on the auction lot after 5 days are subject to a $10.00 per day per item storage fee. All items left after 30 days are subject to sale at the next scheduled auction for storage fees. Garner and Associates Auctioneers will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left after the auction. -Any legal disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Polk County. -Bid rigging and collusion is a federal crime. It is a violation of the United States Sherman Anti-Trust act and will not be tolerated. Anyone found engaging in this activity will be subject to arrest and prosecution and bidding privileges will be permanently revoked. -Garner and Associates Auctioneers will collect all title fees and process all titles. If purchases are paid for by a personal or company check, titles will not be processed for 10 business days. -Titles will only be put into the name of the person(s) who is the high bidder on that item.
