Thursday November 14th:  There will be an open house beginning at 12 noon and auction will begin at 4 pm.  Thursday Auction items include small misc oil cans and oilers ( Permatex, Shell, Mobil, Sohio, Singer, Liquid wrench, Bayerson, Royal Brand Bicycle Oil), Ken Miller and local memorabilia, (Miller Pipers Softball Memorabilia, Ken’s Coon Hunting memories, local advertising (Sprang & Moreland Chevrolet Shreve), Oil Field Stamps, numerous framed automobile and oilfield pictures. Also Selling items from the old school house up the road desks and other relics from a 1 room school house from the early 1900’s. Note: we Plan on selling 2-3 hrs Thursday night of generally small items.

 

Friday November 15th:  Auction will begin at 10 AM.  We will be running two crews, one inside and one outside the building.  Friday's auction will consist mostly of old oilfield tools, pumps, derricks, online bidding available for portions of this auction. We have listed what we think are some of the highlights.  Most of the vehicles are not currently running and won’t be running at sale day.  They were moved into the museum typically running but have sat for years.  We will have loading available as well as a dock to back up to.  Our loaders will be available sale days through Tuesday of the following week.

We have listed what we think are some of the highlights.  Most of the vehicles are not currently running and won’t be running at sale day.  They were moved into the museum typically running but have sat for years.  We will have loading available as well as a dock to back up to.  Our loaders will be available sale days through Tuesday of the following week.

Vehicle titles will be held until funds have been cleared.  Loaders are available to remove property during sale days and until the following Tuesday and by appointment after that. Any items that may need to toarched or deconstructed in any way we ask you hold off until the last items have sold for the safety of all attendees.  All removal expenses and shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.
