We will be offering the contents of approximately eleven storage units at Maysville Park Storage in Coal Township. Terms:The number of units available for auction is subject to change. Buyer will pay a Buyer’s fee of $25.00 in addition to the purchase price of each unit. Buyer will deposit $100.00 per storage unit. The Buyer must remove all contents from their unit within 48 hours. The Buyer’s deposit will be returned after all contents are removed to a broom swept condition. Credit cards will not be accepted at this sale. Acceptable forms of payment are good PA check and cash.
All storage auctions are open to the public. ·Attendees are not permitted, at any point before or during the sale, to enter the unit or touch any items inside the unit. ·Attendees are bidding on all the contents inside the unit, not individual items. ·The possession of any unit is not completed until the auction buyer has tendered payment in full to the storage operator. ·All announcements on day of sale take precedent over any previously published statements.
