Payment must be made at the Lawler Auction Facility located at 7781 Highway 1 North, Shreveport, LA. 71107. Failure to make payment by the close of business on auction date may result in us contacting a second place or backup bidder to sell the unpaid for items to. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium charged on all purchases, plus applicable sales taxes required by Louisiana Law. We will not be shipping items for this auction. All items must be picked up by the buyer on Monday, October 21, 2019. A driver's license or government issued ID will be required in order to retrieve your items along with a paid in full receipt from Lawler Auction Company. Bidders must bring plenty of help and equipment (dollies, etc.) necessary to load out their own items. We will not be providing load-out assistance, other than to check receipts, so please make sure to bring plenty of help with you. The buyer of the real estate may leave their items in the building at its own risk after Monday, October 21, 2019. Buyers are encouraged to inspect both the real estate as well as the moveable assets carefully before placing a bid.
