Sales tax will be charged unless a sales tax id number is provided or the item is being shipped out of PA. This is a timed auction but please note the Auto-Extend Feature is enabled which will leave the bidding open for any item that has received a bid within the last minute from the last recorded bid time, even if the the ending time has been reached. Well hello there! Spring appears to have come and with it comes the biggest estate auction we've ever done. There are over 1,700 lots, Yes, you read that right, over 1,700. It's been a journey. These items represent an estate in East Rochester, PA. When we say we've got pretty much everything, we aren't kidding. We've got tools, jewelry, crafting supplies, silver, furniture, gardening items and so much more! If you're a quilter or embroiderer, we have two, count 'em two Huskvarna Viking sewing and embroidery machines. These machines were top of the line in their day. We've got collectibles galore. Many, many lot of new old stock items. More Polish pottery than you'll find in Poland. There's Irish wool sweaters, Cannemara marble jewelry, scrapbooking supplies. I'm not kiddiing, there's so much stuff! Shipping will be available, please be patient with us in terms of shipping, it does take time to package, weigh and measure items for shipping. Two things about shipping, We aren't offering shipping on all items. Clearly, furniture and household appliances won't be shipped. Sometimes, we make a mistake and mark an item available for shipping when it clearly isn't. While we do apologize for these mistakes, we still won't ship a couch. Shipping is arranged via the least expensiver carrier. If you have a preference, please let us know, but be advised your prefered shipper may not be the cheapest. We have no control over current shipping rates. You pay actual shipping plus a modest handling fee of $5. If you require shipping, please wait until we send you the invoice with shipping charges included before paying, it's cheaper that way, trust us. Housekeeping notes, this is a residential neighborhood. Please be courteous and respectful of neighbors by not blocking their driveways or the road itself. Please mind your speed on the road leading to the house, it has twists and turns and the occasional person taking a stroll. We don't want any tragedies. Please also do not park on the lawn unless the consignors allow it. Please, and we can't stress this enough, do not drive across the lawn to access the shed. This home is being made ready for market, please treat it with kindness. We will have help available on pick up day. Please be patient with them. Your patience and the occasional tip are appreciated by them. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. We may have a small quantity of both, but it is first come first served.
