A Title Insurance Binder indicating Marketable Title Vested in the names of the Sellers will be available. Cost of that Title Insurance will be split equally between the buyers and the sellers. All Personal Property included in the sale of these properties sells in as is condition without any warranty expressed or implied. The 2019 and all prior taxes will be paid by the Sellers. The Auction will be conducted at The Ruhter Auction & Realty Inc. Auction Complex located at 2837 West Highway 6, Hastings, Nebraska, (Corner of us Highway 6 and Marian Road).

 

This Auction will offer two pivot irrigated farms hat are located south of Kenesaw, Nebraska. Both are excellent prospects for either an expanding farming operation or for an Ag-Land Investor. Both have high quality water supplies, quality soil types as well as excellent access.

 

 

Tract #1

The Northwest quarter of Section Fifteen (15) , Township Seven North range, (T7N), Range Twelve West (R12W) of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska. 160 Acres +/-.

 

Tract #1 is a formerly gravity irrigated tract that now is under pivot irrigation. It is located from Kenesaw, Nebraska approximately 2 ½ miles South on State Spur #51A or from Highway US 6, ½ mile North on Route #51A.
