By bidding on any item, the bidder/buyer shows acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Do not bid unless you agree to all the terms and conditions:
Before Auction Begins
We do offer preview for all auctions and we do encourage you inspect items before you bid. Each auction will show the preview times for that auction.
Buyer's Premium
There is a 15% buyer's premium on all items/lots.
Bidding
* The winning bid is defined as the high bid in a regular auction (one with no reserve price) or the high bid in a reserve auctions that meets or exceeds the reserve price.
* Bid wisely, you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, or enter in a wrong bid amount; our consignors are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes.
* When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. We do offer preview dates

October 5th (Saturday) 10:00 am - 3:00 pm October 8th (Tuesday) 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Please note that we have moved and now located in the old Swartz Creek Elevator. Pick ups will be at our new location Double K Auctions 5203 A Morrish Road Swartz Creek, MI 48473 After the auction has ended, you should receive an email within a couple of hours showing the items you won and your invoice total. If you do not receive an email, please log into your account and go to "My Account", from there you can print/view your invoice. Please keep in mind that there is also a 15% buyers premium on all lots and 6% sales tax. We accept cash, credit/debit cards ($10.00 minimum purchase, and 3.5% up-charge) Please read full auction terms and condition for more info! It is the winners responsibility to bring packing supplies for any glassware or fragile item(s) that you have won. If you won big items please bring additional help for loading. Please try to make every effort to pick up your items by the above dates. If items are not picked by last date specified, there will be a minimum $5.00 late fee and $1.00 per day per item. If items are still not picked up within 7 days after the last pick up date, they will be considered abandoned and your account will be banned.
