REMOVAL/PICK-UP:
Units must be Paid for and Cleaned Out by Saturday, May 4, 2024.

PAYMENT WILL BE MADE UPON RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE, AND A $200 CLEANING DEPOSIT PER UNIT WILL BE COLLECTED AND RETURNED AFTER ALL UNIT CONTENTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED THE UNIT HAS BEEN CLEANED AND INSPECTED. 

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 7:00 PM  Tuesday, April 30, 2024. The close will be staggered (1 Lot every 5 minutes). In addition there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes. This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.
