Buyer Terms and Conditions: On Wheels Online Consignment Auction
Participation in this auction is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Auctioneer reserves the right to edit the terms and conditions and individual auction pages may contain additional terms and conditions unique to that item. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this auction and any revisions or changes thereof.
Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.
New Customer may see their bid posted as "Pending". The auctioneer will be alerted of the pending bid status and will contact you (or you may contact auctioneer prior to bidding, 870-723-9116) to verify your understanding of terms and payments requirements.
Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.

Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Shortly after the close of the auction, winning bidders will be emailed an invoice for purchases. Add rollino@ccc-cable.net to your safe sender list or address book to prevent the invoice email from going into your spam box. Email will include location and designated time for pay and pick up. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.
Payment: Although you are required to register with a credit card, we do not accept credit cards for payment. Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash, cashier's check, direct deposit from your bank account to ours or good personal or company check with verification of funds. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.
Titles & Bills of Sale: You receive Title upon payment with cash or when you check clears or direct deposit is complete. You receive Bill of Sale if there is no title
Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time or by appointment.
