PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard , Discover, American Express & Cash. All credit cards will be charged immediately after the closing of the auction. Accepted payment for vehicles are Cash, Certified Check (Bank Check) or ACH only. If your items are not picked up on Friday April 5th 4pm-6pm your items will be forfeited and will become the property of The Ruckman Group Auctions & Appraisals. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS FOR ANY REASON STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location on their invoice. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all items. Please bring your own packing materials, moving equipment, manpower and tools. SHIPPING: We will be shipping on select items for this auction. Local pick-up in St. Louisville. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, or the image may not always accurately represent the color of an item, always read the item description.
