Inspection prior to bidding
All items, unless stated otherwise, are sold

Internet Buyers' Premium 2.9 percent per item

"as is, where is" . Bidders are responsible for assessing item condition prior to placing a bid. We strongly recommend personal inspection of items prior to bidding. Purchaser buys entirely on his own examination. It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct any inspection and examination necessary to satisfy him of all material facts before placing a bid. All sales are final. No refunds given.

Method of Payment

Settlement must be made immediately upon notification of winning bid. Orr Auctioneers may require wire transfer or certified checks. Personal or business checks will also be accepted with proper ID.

Removal

All items must be removed within 7 business days.

ATTENTION WINNING ONLINE BIDDERS:
All purchases must be paid directly to Orr Auctioneers ONLY. Payment is due upon winning bid by wire transfer or check. At no time can or will any state office or state employee accept payment for vehicle purchase price. In order to pick up your vehicle you will NEED a paid invoice issued by Orr Auctioneers. You will receive a paid invoice once wire or check has been received by Orr Auctioneers. We can be contacted by phone at 701-952-3351 or email orrauctioneers@daktel.com. Again please do not contact ND state offices or employees in an attempt to make payment as they are unable to receive payment or have payment information.
