Auction Closing: Soft Closing Auction: The auction will begin closing at 7pm CST The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM CST and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes when ever bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserved the right to make changes to the auction closing times. This is our first of many auctions at our new space at the new shop. This is an estate we have been holding for 2 months awaiting the move. This family lived in Brazil for many years and retired to Weldon Springs. There are many great items and collectibles plus some great pieces from their time in Brazil. All items sell as is as found with no attempt to improve. There is a 10% BP added to all winning bids.
